St. Augustine Design is led by Ashleigh Kosin, ASID, an interior designer with more than 17 years of experience in luxury furnishings, residential interiors, and whole-home transformations.
Before relocating to Florida, Ashleigh founded and operated Bell Tower Lake House Living, a high-end retail furniture store and interior design studio in the Midwest. For nearly two decades, she sourced and sold luxury furnishings while designing lake houses, second homes, and family retreats. That experience gave her an extensive knowledge of indoor and outdoor furniture, upholstery, performance fabrics, and materials—and an understanding of how to create spaces that are as comfortable and functional as they are beautiful.
Drawn to the coast, Ashleigh brought her design perspective from the lakes to the beaches of Anastasia Island in St. Augustine. Today, she specializes in coastal interiors, whole-home furnishing packages, outdoor living, and vacation rental design. While rooted in Florida, Ashleigh continues to work with longtime Midwest clients and offers furnishings and design services nationwide—creating relaxed, layered spaces that feel beautiful, comfortable, and effortlessly personal.

meet ASHLEIGH
Ashleigh graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Western Michigan University and spent nearly a decade in advertising and marketing before following her passion for interiors. She went on to co-found Bell Tower Lake House Living, building it from the ground up into a high-end retail furniture store and interior design destination known for lake homes, second homes, and relaxed, livable interiors.
An ASID-certified designer since 2020, Ashleigh brings a unique combination of design expertise, extensive product knowledge, and years of hands-on experience with indoor and outdoor furnishings, fabrics, and materials. She has always had an appreciation for beautiful things, but believes the best interiors aren't simply beautiful—they should feel personal. Her goal is to help each client create a home that feels comfortable, collected, and authentically their own.
Now rooted on Anastasia Island in St. Augustine, Ashleigh draws inspiration from the ocean, natural surroundings, and the easygoing beauty of coastal living. She’s a proud mom of two sons attending Flagler College and a devoted Vizsla lover. When she’s not designing, you’ll likely find her walking the beach with her dogs, practicing hot yoga, running, attempting to surf, wandering a local farmers market, traveling, or catching live music whenever she can.
