St. Augustine Design is led by Ashleigh Kosin, ASID—an interior designer with over 16 years of experience in luxury furniture, interiors, and whole-home transformations.
Before relocating to Florida, Ashleigh built and operated a high-end furniture and interior design studio in the Midwest, designing countless lake houses and second homes. That experience shaped her relaxed, natural, lived-in style—rooted in comfort, organic materials, and thoughtful functionality.
Inspired by a lifelong pull toward the coast, Ashleigh brought her design perspective from the lakes to the beaches of Anastasia Island in St. Augustine. Today, she specializes in coastal interiors, full-home furnishing packages, and Airbnb design, creating spaces that feel calm, beautiful, and effortlessly personal..

meet ASHLEIGH
Ashleigh graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Western Michigan University in 1999 and spent a decade in advertising before launching Bell Tower with her husband—building it from the ground up into a high-end furniture and home accent store known for lake home interior design. ASID certified since 2020, she brings a thoughtful, professional approach to creating relaxed, natural coastal interiors.
Now rooted on Anastasia Island in St. Augustine, Ashleigh draws inspiration from the ocean and the ease of coastal living. She’s a proud mom to two sons currently attending Flagler College and a devoted Vizsla lover. When she’s not designing, you’ll find her walking the beach with her husband, practicing yoga, running, attempting to surf or enjoying live music whenever she can.
